No you didn’t read the title wrong. Microsoft is actually handing out 250 blocks of Windows Phone 7 branded chocolate at the Tech-ed event in Australia. Five of the 250 block contain a winning ticket inside the wrapper for Windows Mobile 6.5 handset (eekk!) …and a Windows Phone 7 handset when the OS launches later this year.
