JohnQ from XDA-devs in China just posted pictures of a disassembled HTC HD2. It’s interesting to see that the SnapDragon chipset has a fairly big copper heat dissipator. I guess that running at 1GHz in such a thin device can be a bit tricky (hot!). Click here to the rest.
