Microsoft has apparently launched it new Windows Phone 7 portal by accident and featured the US launch date of November 8 and the actual retail name of the Samsung Cetus launching on AT&T. The Cetus is going to be officially called the Samsung Focus as previously leaked and is definitely launching in early November in the US. Unfortunately Microsoft was quick to delete all this info which is now nowhere to be found on the portal.
