The HTC Legend has just passed the FCC’s certification and is probably going to be available on AT&T in the coming months. The devices test had the following; 850 and 1900MHz WCDMA bands so Rogers and AT&T the prime candidate to receive HTC’s latest mid-range Android  phone.
