The third and final phone that HTC announced today at MWC was the HTC Legend that we have seen several times in last couple of days. The HTC Legend is a refresh of the HTC Hero with an upgrade CPU (MSM 7227 @600mhz) and an AMOLED screen instead of the LCD TFT found on the Hero.
