The official Android 2.3.4 package for the Google Nexus S (you must be already running an Android 2.3.3 GRI40 rom for the update to work) including the new Google Talk video chat feature. Download the zip file here and proceed with caution (don’t forget to backup your device!). Other than Google talk this new rom also includes new languages support in the keyboard (like Hebrew).

– download the zip file

– copy it to the Root of your micro-sd card

– Boot your device in bootloader mode by holding the volume rocker up and pressing once on the power button

– Then select Recovery

– When the warning triangle appears on the screen select the zip file by using the volume rocker while holding the power button
