The super successful Whatsapp cross platform messenger may be coming to Windows Phone 7 sooner rather than later if the developers latest tweet is an indication. Nothing else to say here folks just a quick heads up but it’s once again nice to see that Windows Phone is getting most of the major applications out on the other platforms thanks to Mango and its updated features list and APIs. An app like Whatsapp would have been a pain to code and even probably impossible to code for Windows Phone because of the original lack of TCP/IP socket support.
