The Nokia Maps Beta for Windows Phone that was made available to Nokia Lumia 800 users yesterday has now leaked as is available to anybody as long as you have a developer unlocked device. Please remember that this is still a beta and not meant to run on anything but the Nokia Lumia 800 and 710 for now. You can directly from here.

Things I didn’t show in the video above:
– Walk and car Turn by Turn navigation (no voice guidance)
– POIs difference between Nokia Maps and Bing Maps. Some are in both others are either only in Bing Maps or Nokia Maps so there’s no really winner here.
