What you see above is the first “official” picture of the Nokia EOS aka Nokia Lumia 1020 or Nokia Lumia 909 (as a freindly reference to the Nokia 909) headed to AT&T and other carriers worldwide this year. As noted a few weeks ago and confirmed here the Lumia 1020 is strictly identical to the 920 in terms of chassis design besides the camera on the back.

The Nokia Camera Pro application that you see pinned on the start screen will enable us to take advantage of the 41MP sensor of the device which means that the native camera app of WP8 will surely have to be bypassed most of the time unfortunately. Stay tuned for ore info to be revealed during the official ZOOM unveiling on July 11th.
