Microsoft has apparently update the Windows Phone 7 Bluetooth Stack in the upcoming Mango version of the OS according to a recent update on the Bluetooth SIG website. Not much has changed in terms of features but new updated versions of several protocols are now supported. Unfortunately many of the functionalilties found on Windows Mobile 6.X, Android and even iOS are still not present yet.
