Reuters just posted the following (a few hours ahead of the Microsoft/Nokia téleconference) :

Microsoft Corp. announced that it has signed a contract with Nokia Oyj to develop a mobile version of its Office software that works with Nokia mobile phones. Microsoft Office can now be used on mobile phones using Microsoft operating system Windows Mobile. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
