A few days ago the world had the chance to check out the Nokia Lumia 920 OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) vs the Samsung Galaxy SIII in a really straight forward test where both phones were strapped together on an RC car. This time what you are about to see is the first ever comparison of the iPhone 5 and Nokia Lumia 920 video capture performance courtesy of Myriam over at Engadget who’s pending the week in Finland to tour Nokia’s HQ in Espoo and its R&D department in Tampere. I4ll let you judge for yourself by watching the video after the break:
UPDATE: HERe’s a new video of the Noika Lumia 920 vs Samsung galaxy SIII
And Lumia 920 vs HTC ONE X:
..and the clear winner is: The Nokia Lumia 920. The Lumia 920′s video is clearly more stable thanks to its PureView OIS, has a wide FOV thanks to its wider 26mm lens and finally has better color reproduction compared to the iPhone 5. Can’t wait to get my hands on this beast tomorrow..
