HTC’s CEO Peter Chou revealed that the company is going to roll-out TD-LTE (the Chinese LTE tech) handset for testing during the Shangaï Expo 2010. Don’t gets you hopes up though, LTE isn’t going to globally launch until 2011 at the earliest. Peter Chou also said that HTC is rushing shipments of HTC Heros to Sprint and HTC HD2s in Europe due to high demand.

HTC will continue to commit to the development of the TD-LTE technology and strengthen its cooperation with China Mobile in the production of related CPE products, Chou stressed.
HTC’s performance has been strong in November, the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) quoted Chou as saying. HTC’s November revenues are likely to top NT$15-16 billion (US$465.84-496.89 million) compared to NT$12.7 billion in October, the paper noted.
